Ruth is the founder and Chief Executive at 3INVEST, a real estate investment company with a collective goal is to create real estate solutions designed to help individuals and organisations live well, work right and invest wisely.

Ruth was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She is a sustainability advocate and is passionate about the way people live, work and invest. She is equipped with over a decade year of experience in the real estate sector. Her impact on the growth of the real estate state sector in Nigeria is remarkable. She is famous for her Real Estate On Air radio show and the Unite ESG Community (formerly Real Estate Unite).

In 2016, she founded Lagos Cowork, the first timeshare workspace in Africa.

She has attended high-level real estate management programs at Pan Atlantic University, Harvard Business School and MIT Centre of Real Estate, Boston, Massachusetts.

Ruth is a U.S EB-5 investment advisor.
