Olawale Ayilara is a visionary executive and entrepreneur with over 10 years’ experience starting and running businesses in southwestern Nigeria.

He is the Founder & CEO of LandWey Investment Limited, a real estate investment company employing innovative methods that disrupt the local Real Estate sector. The award-winning Urban Prime Project series, recognized by the prestigious International Property Awards, is a jewel in LandWey’s crown.

In addition to being an alumnus of Lagos Business School, Olawale earned an MBA from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management (UK), and a diploma from Harvard Business School in Real Estate Management, Finance, Design and Leadership.

Olawale sits on the board of several high-profile businesses, and is an active member of the Sponsors for Young Growing Business Association, a pan African organization focused on leading African professionals who thrive in challenging career paths.

He served as President of the Nigerian Advocates for Positive Change, and as the Senior Director of the Beyond School Initiative.

He has been honoured with numerous awards and professional recognition including the Business Day Nigerian Business Leadership Awards 2019 - Real Estate Investment Company of the Year Award, 2019.
His extraordinary achievements as a young, accomplished entrepreneur under the age of 30 earned him a position on the Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 Class of 2018.
