Jumoke Adegunle

Managing Director | Master Builders Construction Chemicals Nigeria (MBCC)

Jumoke Adegunle is the Managing Director at Master Builders Construction Chemicals Nigeria (MBCC) and former Head, Mortar Operations, and member of the Executive Committee at Lafarge Africa. She is Chairperson of the Board of Directors the Affordable Housing Company.
She is a results-oriented business management professional with extensive experience from an 18-year career in manufacturing, construction, engineering services, IT, and project management.

Jumoke joined MBCC in 2021 with responsibility for the strategic direction of the company and overseeing day-to-day activities. Prior to MBCC, she spent twelve years with LafargeHolcim as an innovative and empowering leader with financial, commercial and technology acumen. She was General Manager of Hima Cement in Rwanda where she led country operations. She has held several pivotal positions in diverse environments in LafargeHolcim spanning Asia to Africa.
Her skills include starting-up new business lines, strategy, sales & marketing, internal audit, affordable housing, and retail.

She holds a BSc in electrical/Electronics Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Ghana, and a master’s degree in management from Imperial College, London.
She is also a Certified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner.
Jumoke enjoys mentoring young future leaders, consulting on affordable housing matters, and volunteering at Ebi School Leavers’ Initiative, an NGO that empowers Nigerian youth with vocational skills. She is a design, music, and art enthusiast.
