Holger Adam is an architect, urban planner, and real estate developer. He has been responsible for signature urban developments in Europe and West Africa, notably Eko Energy City in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos, Nigeria, as well as Appolonia City and several large state-of-the-art residential complexes in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. He was instrumental in creating the certificate for Sustainable Urban Neighborhoods (Newly built) for the German Sustainable Building Council and is Chairman of the Management Board of the IREBS Foundation for African Real Estate Research. Holger is currently Head of Real Estate Development of Clifton Homes, Ghana.
